Refund Policy
We offer a satisfaction guarantee with the following terms:
- Students may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment if no more than 25% of course materials have been accessed
- After 14 days or if more than 25% of materials have been accessed, no refunds will be provided
- For subscription-based services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges
